Yoga for you…

Whether you want to focus on specific areas of your own body or specific areas of yoga, one-to-one sessions can be a great way to get the teacher all to yourself, overcome any nerves about group work, and focus solely on your own learning.

It could be a good way to find out more about the Yamas and Niyamas and really focus a whole yoga practice, maybe to learn specific asanas, or simply further your general practice in a more peaceful setting and work through some injury rehabilitation.

Classes can be done in person, or via online video calls. Email for a chat!

Prices start at 850kr per hour, and I recommend block booking a few sessions so some depth of knowledge can be achieved and we can put your new knowledge into practice.
